Electric Automatic Fryer 90 + 90 lt

Heavy-duty automatic electric fryer, extremely durable and sturdy construction for intensive professional use. Fully stainless steel with two independent baskets (right-left), with a capacity of 90 liters each.

• The device in the center has a product emptying unit, consisting of a wheel with three positions for stainless steel pans GN 2/1 (530Χ650Χh150mm).
• The device has a mechanism for automatic lifting of baskets when the frying time is over and then with special guides on the surface, the basket is led to the unit for emptying the products.
• The rolling of the basket towards the emptying unit is achieved with four stainless steel closed type bearings.
• The baskets are made of stainless steel perforated sheet metal, they have a lever system with return to open the bottom fins.
• Each bucket has a cold oil zone and a 1΄΄ drain valve in the center.
• The buckets have stainless steel lids with a heat-conducting handle.
• Lifting is achieved with a gear reducer-motor 1/2 HP / 400V / 3P.
• The ascent-descent control of the basket is achieved with 2 terminal switches, upper and lower, waterproof type.
• Each bucket is controlled by an independent control panel, which will include a digital operating thermostat up to 200 ° C, safety thermostat with manual  reset (EGO) 235 ° C, 15-minute timer, three-position selector switch (manual-0-auto), basket up and down switch, digital oil temperature indicator, emergency stop and indicator lights.
• Each bucket has a phase monitor.
• The resistors are controlled by dual power relays, for safety reasons.
• Adjustable legs with adjustment range 140-190mm.
